How To Order
Though slots may be limited, we encourage you to take your time and review your details carefully before submitting your order, as changed cannot be made once the order is placed.
1. Visit our website:

2. Click “Order Now.”
Sign in with a valid email, follow the steps and return to ORDER NOW page.
3. Enter your customer details carefully.
Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
Orders cannot be changed or rescheduled once submitted.
Delivery failures caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer are not Mukjayo’s responsibility.
4. Choose your order.
On the Order Now page, select your Muk-Ja variant, size, and add-ons.
Currently, each customer can order one Muk-Ja per session. We’re working to enable multiple orders soon.
5. Select your date and time.
The date and time chosen indicate when your order is finished cooking and ready for delivery or pick-up.
For deliveries, please allow an additional 1–2 hours for courier travel time.
Deliveries are handled automatically by third-party instant couriers, who will contact you directly once en route.
Pick-up at our kitchen remains available as an option - our kitchen is located in South Jakarta.
6. Proceed to checkout and make payment.
Follow the payment steps shown on the page. Please note that payment must be completed within the countdown time limit of 10 minutes.
7. Order confirmation.
Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email summary sent to the address used to sign in, please keep this for your reference.
8. Need help?
If you experience any issues with your order, please click “FAQ & Contact” on our website to submit your concern.
Kindly note the date and time slot stated on your order confirmation page.
This can be found also in your 'Orders' page, or order confirmation email after purchase.
This is when your order will be freshly prepared and ready at our kitchen for delivery or pick-up.

Kitchen pick-up available
For pick-ups at our kitchen, please inform our staff at our location of your Order Number found in your Order Confirmation email, or in your Orders page on our website.
You will receive our kitchen address in the Order Confirmation email after check-out.
We are located in Jakarta Selatan.
