How do I store the product and what is its shelf life?
Since our tteokbokki is made fresh and delivered ready-to-eat, we highly recommend consuming it immediately upon arrival for the best taste and texture. If you have leftovers, they can be stored in a sealed container in the chiller (refrigerator) and should be consumed within 24 hours at most.
Can I reheat the Muk-Ja?
- Microwave: Our containers are microwave-safe. Reheat on standard microwave setting for 1 minute at a time and stir through. Add another minute until desired temperature. If needed, you may add 1-2 tablespoons of water to rehydrate the sauce.
- Stove: Gently reheat in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through. To keep the rice cakes perfectly chewy, do not overcook. If needed, you may add 1-2 tablespoons of water to rehydrate the sauce.
Is Mukjayo's product halal?
We are not yet halal-certified at this time. However, rest assured that we do not use products, or tools that contain or come in contact with pork, lard, alcohol, sake, mirin, or any related products.
What is Mukjayo's refund and return policy?
All sales are final.

What are the available shipping options?
To ensure our product reaches you in the best ready-to-eat condition, we exclusively use Instant Delivery. Pick-up at our kitchen is also available for your convenience. Currently we are only able to serve the Jabodetabek area.
